Return Policy

Returns

You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received it. Before returning your item, please contact us first at contact@duotwin.com. Requests for reports of errors or damaged items, or any other requests for order changes must be made within 14 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After we approve your return via email, send all returned items to the address below.

Damages and Issues

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@duotwin.com  so that we can evaluate the issue.

 

Refunds

Any return exceptions will be refunded to the original form of payment. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days after DuoTwin confirms the return exception via email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items.
